What's New — April 2026
April was the month of big modules — we shipped sub-jobs with a Gantt chart, a brand-new correspondence module, departments in the financial report, and a fully redesigned interactive board. Here's an overview of everything we added in April.
New Features
Sub-Jobs
Large jobs can now be split into phases or stages. Each sub-job is a full-fledged job with its own employees, work hours, documents, invoices, and budget. The parent job displays an aggregated overview — its own data plus a sum across all sub-jobs.
- Single hierarchy level — sub-jobs don't show up in the main jobs list
- Aggregation cards on the parent job detail (employees, hours, costs, margin)
- Dedicated Sub-jobs tab with both table and Gantt views
Gantt Chart for Sub-Jobs
The sub-jobs tab now includes an interactive Gantt chart with a toggle between table and visual layouts:
- Drag dates directly in the chart
- Progress tracking in percent with visual indication
- Task dependencies — define which sub-job must finish before another begins
- Status-based bar colors
- View modes: day / week / month
Financial Report Departments
A new organizational layer for financial data. Create any number of departments (e.g. Construction, IT, Administration, Marketing) and assign them to costs and profits:
- Department management in the settings menu — add, edit, delete
- Multi-select filter in the financial report table (with exclude support)
- Department column in costs, profits, and the "All" view (toggleable)
- Department selector when adding or editing costs and profits
Useful for companies that want to track financial performance across internal divisions without setting up separate company entities.
Correspondence Module
A completely new module for managing incoming and outgoing correspondence:
- Letter and parcel registry with attachments and status history
- Dispatch sheets — generate batched dispatch sheets for outbound mail
- Correspondence reports with stats and filters
- Postal carrier registry — Slovak Post, couriers, and others
- Automatic reminders for undelivered correspondence
- Linkable to clients, partners, and employees
Editable Client Spreadsheet
A new spreadsheet-style view for clients — manage your entire client database without drilling into details:
- Inline editing of all fields directly in the table
- Comments as an expandable subtable per client
- Contacts as an expandable subtable for managing contact persons
- Tags with colored indicators
- New client fields and extended filters
Interactive Board — Fully Redesigned
The interactive board (digital workspace for team collaboration) was rebuilt from the ground up. The result is a faster, more stable interface with a long list of new features:
- Minimap for fast navigation on large boards
- Search across objects
- Presentation mode for meetings
- Version history with the ability to revert
- Timer for meetings
- Layer management and object alignment
- Keyboard shortcut help
- Embed external content
- Auto-save of changes
Export Tables to the Interactive Board
Any data view (clients, financial report, jobs) can now be exported directly onto the board as a live data table that stays linked to its source data.
Job Co-Owners
A job can now have multiple owners instead of just one. Useful for larger projects where ownership is split across multiple project managers. The job detail also tracks who created the job and shows employee metric cards (average rates, category distribution).
Employee Comments
A full-featured comment system on the employee detail page. Useful for HR notes, performance reviews, and internal documentation about employees.
Job Documents Module
A new section for managing documents directly on the job detail:
- Categorized uploads — split documents by type
- Document preview within the app
- Category tabs for switching between document groups
- A clear empty state with a guide for the first upload
KPI Cards on the Admin Dashboard
The admin homepage gets new KPI widgets:
- YTD revenue with year-over-year comparison
- YTD costs with year-over-year comparison
- YTD profit with year-over-year comparison
- Workforce status (employee count, distribution)
Payment Overpayments
When recording a payment in the financial report, you can now enter an amount higher than what's owed. The system warns you visually about the overpayment but doesn't block the entry. Useful for rounding, FX differences, or voluntary bonuses.
Export Employees from Job Detail
You can now export the list of employees assigned to a job directly from the job detail — including work hours and rates.
Improvements
Faster Financial Report
Loading items in the financial report has been overhauled — the table now loads significantly faster, especially with large item counts.
Refunds in Payments
The payment recording dialog was extended with advanced refund handling for both costs and profits.
Thin Visible Scrollbars in Navigation
Hidden scrollbars in tab navigation (employee detail, job detail) were replaced with thin visible scrollbars — you can see where there's more to scroll without losing screen space.
Job Filter — Extended
The jobs filter was extended with new filtering and search options, including a mobile filter with improved ergonomics.
Time Zones
Time zone handling has been unified across the application — no more date offsets in exports and imports.
