What's New — February 2026

February was packed with new features — from a completely rewritten calendar to bank statement imports and a KPI dashboard. Here's everything we've added.

New Features

Calendar — Built from Scratch

The calendar has been completely rewritten from the ground up. It's faster, more beautiful, and supports day, week, year, and event list views. Adding and viewing events works through new, intuitive modal windows. The employee calendar has been rewritten as well.

Bank Statement Import

A brand new module for importing bank statements from CSV and XML files. Supported banks: ČSOB SK, SLSP, Tatra banka, VÚB, and the international CAMT053 format (ISO 20022). Import is done through an intuitive wizard — upload a file, review the transaction preview, confirm the import. Transactions are automatically matched with existing items in the financial report.

Financial Report Analytics

A new standalone page with detailed financial analysis:

  • Overview — summary of revenue, margins, and period comparisons
  • Cash Flow — visualization of income and expenses over time
  • Payments — payment analysis by bank accounts
  • Projects and Categories — profitability by projects and categories
  • Predictions — forecast of future income and expenses
  • Risk Analysis — identification of financial risks and problem areas

Payment Order Export

From the financial report, you can select items and export them as a batch payment order (CSV or XML) directly for your internet banking.

KPI Dashboard — Completely New

The key performance indicators dashboard has been completely rewritten. New widgets, filters, charts, and a detail page for each KPI metric with trends and visual gauge indicators. KPI metrics are now also displayed on the employee detail page.

GDPR — Data Export and Deletion

A new GDPR management page has been added to settings. You can request a complete export of all your data or request account deletion.

Password Reset via Email

A "Forgot Password" option has been added to the login page. After entering your email, you'll receive a link to set a new password. Administrators can also trigger a password reset from the user detail page.

MCP API Tokens

A new page in settings for managing API tokens for MCP integration. You can generate, copy, and revoke tokens.

Newsletter

A new system for managing newsletter subscribers with a public signup form.

Client Soft Delete

Clients are now only marked as deleted when removed, but remain in the database. This preserves the entire history and links to projects, invoices, and documents.

Project Duplication

A "Duplicate" action has been added to the project list — create a copy of an existing project with all basic details in one click.

Invoices on Employee Detail

A new tab on the employee detail page shows invoices linked to the given employee.

Saved Table Filters

Filter settings in main tables (employees, clients, companies, inventory, invoices, projects, tickets, financial report) are now automatically saved. After logging back in, you'll find the tables exactly as you left them.

Preset Filters in Financial Report

In the financial report, you can name and save favorite filter combinations. Reapply them with a single click.

Bank Accounts in Codebook

Bank accounts can now be recorded for partners in the codebook. These accounts are automatically displayed when adding items in the financial report.

Inactive Companies

Companies can now be marked as inactive. Inactive companies can be filtered in both the company table and the financial report.

Employee in Multiple Groups

An employee can now belong to multiple groups simultaneously (previously only one). Existing data has been automatically migrated.

Inter-Company Document on Project

An inter-company document can now be assigned to a project directly from the project detail page.

Branded Email Templates

All system emails (notifications, password reset, alerts) now use a unified template with a logo and consistent design.

"All" Tab in Financial Report

A new tab that displays both costs and profits in a single combined table for a quick overall overview.

Improvements

Application Header — New Design

The top navigation has been completely redesigned with new icons, an improved profile menu, and a redesigned global search with categories and recent items.

Module Main Pages — New Design

Lists for projects, inventory, companies, clients, invoices, employee groups, tickets, and attendance have received a new visual style with improved filters and consistent navigation throughout the application.

User Management — Modern Table

The user list has been rewritten with a modern interactive table, filters, and action buttons.

Subscriptions — Improvements

The subscription system has been extended with trial period tracking, automatic alerts for approaching limits, and improved email notifications.

File Preview

Document preview has been improved across all modules — announcements, certificates, inventory, invoices, contracts.

Project Statistics — Extended Filters

The project statistics page has a new filter modal for more detailed data analysis.

  • Fixed display of refunds in the financial report
  • Fixed filtering by payment status
  • Fixed dropdown menus in tables (overlapping with other elements)
  • Fixed quick edits for work hours
  • Fixed employee counts on projects (correctly excluding subcontractors)
  • Fixed project deletion — related records are now correctly removed
  • Fixed duplicate email check during registration
  • Fixed user color assignment during registration
  • Fixed data loading in the KPI dashboard
  • Fixed calculations in analytics modules
  • Various minor fixes in financial report charts and tables
