What's New — January 2026
January brought a wide range of new features and improvements to PlanMee. Here's a summary of the highlights.
New Features
Subscriptions and Payments via Stripe
We've added a complete subscription system. You can choose a plan, pay by card via Stripe, and manage your subscription directly in the app. Subscription invoice history is also available.
AI Assistant with Intelligent Search
The new AI module understands the context of your data. Search works semantically — you don't need to enter an exact term, just describe what you're looking for. AI responses are displayed in real time.
Project and Employee Statistics
A new project statistics page shows clear metrics: time spent on projects, costs, profitability, and comparisons between projects. Employee statistics have been expanded as well.
Ticket Settings
A new settings page for the ticket system — you can customize categories, statuses, and other ticket parameters to suit your needs.
Quick Add
From anywhere in the app, you can quickly add a new record — a ticket, client, or project — through global search without navigating to the respective module.
Deals — Categories, Stages, and Comments
The deals module has been significantly expanded. Deals now support categories, sales process stages, and comments. Each deal has its own detail page with history. A closed deals archive and stage management in settings have been added.
User Comments
Administrators can add internal notes and comments to user accounts.
Employee Group Documents
Documents can now be attached to employee groups — contracts, internal materials, and more.
Request Approval
A new system for approving employee requests. Notifications are automatically sent when the status of a request changes.
External Employee Portal
Employees can be invited via an email link to an external portal where they have access to selected information. Employee profiles can be exported to PDF.
Employee Certificates and Qualifications
New tracking of employee certificates and qualifications with the ability to monitor validity dates.
Improvements
Financial Report — Major Overhaul
- Sticky header and footer — column names and totals are always visible while scrolling
- Full-text search — quickly find any item by text
- Filter by company — view only costs or profits for a specific company
- Duplicate items — create a copy of an existing item with one click
- Invoice linking — financial items can be linked to existing invoices in the system
- Detail modal — clicking an item shows much more information than before
- Recurring costs — recurring costs display details directly in the item detail
- Approval page — new page for expense approvals with PDF export capability
Homepage — New Look
The homepage has been completely redesigned. The new dashboard includes widgets for a quick overview: my tasks, notifications, performance, profits, statistics, and time tracking.
Accommodation — New Look
The detail and list of project accommodations have been visually redesigned with new fields and a link to the financial report.
Internal Documents
All document types (client, employee, project, HSE...) now support marking as "internal document" with permission controls — only authorized users can see them.
File Uploads
The file upload limit has been increased to 25 MB across the entire application.
Translations
Translations have been added and corrected across all 4 languages (Slovak, English, German, Czech). The Czech translation has been significantly expanded.
