What's New — May 2026

May was the month of sales and connections — we launched a brand-new Sales CRM module, connected clients and jobs with sales opportunities, added a project tracker right on the job detail, and smart search across the whole application. Here's an overview of everything we added in May.

New Features

Sales — A New CRM Module

A brand-new module for managing sales from first contact to closed deal. It consists of three connected parts:

  • Company database — a shared list of companies with search, overview metrics (company count, companies without a contact, active reps) and CSV export. When you add a new company, the system warns you about possible duplicates.
  • My leads — a sales rep's personal work queue. Mark a lead with a status (agreed, call back, no answer, not interested, no activity), add a note and schedule the next call. Each lead shows a timeline of all activities, and the system flags leads you haven't touched in a while. Promote a lead to the pipeline with a single click.
  • Pipeline — a visual overview of sales opportunities as a Kanban board or a funnel. Drag deals between stages with your mouse. At the top you see the key numbers: pipeline value, weighted revenue forecast, conversion rate, average deal size and deals closed this month. When you close a deal you record the win or loss reason, and a "Why we lose" chart shows the most common reasons for lost deals.

The module also includes:

  • Offers — create a price offer for a deal, generate a PDF and send it to the client by email via a public link. Offers expire automatically after a set period.
  • Deal attachments — attach documents to opportunities (upload, download).
  • Sales search — quickly search across companies, contacts, leads and deals right from the module header.
  • Manager overview — a separate dashboard for administrators with a sales-rep leaderboard and their results.
  • Approval of sensitive changes — deleting or editing someone else's contact goes through approval. A rep files a request, a manager approves or rejects it, and for edits they see an exact before-and-after comparison.

Connecting Sales with Clients and Jobs

Sales isn't a separate island — it ties into existing modules:

  • A sales company becomes a client, and a won deal becomes a job.
  • On both the client and job detail you see a badge showing where the record came from ("From Sales" / "From a deal").
  • Contacts sync automatically between Sales and the client card — the same person appears in both places.
  • The client detail gained a new Sales tab with a quick "+ New lead" button.
  • Scheduled calls from leads show up directly in the calendar.

Shared Clients with Owner-Scoped Contacts

We changed how clients are shared. From now on every user sees all of the company's clients, but individual contact persons stay private to their owner. If a client has contacts owned by another rep, you only see a "+N hidden contacts" note. You can request access to a specific contact from its owner — they approve or reject it and you get a notification.

Project Tracker on Jobs

The job detail gained a new Tracker tab that brings planning and tracking together in one place:

  • Planner — set the total quantity and price per unit, target margin, planned daily output, fixed costs and management staff, or per-employee daily targets. Every save creates a history entry, so you can return to an older version of the plan and compare changes anytime.
  • Records — capture daily output per employee.
  • Overviews and risks — compare the plan with reality (delay in days, estimated end date), cost breakdown, cash-flow projection and risk analysis with scenarios.

The search box in the app header now understands natural language and searches across tickets, jobs, clients and correspondence at once. Results are clearly grouped by type.

AI Insights on Tickets

The ticket detail gained a new collapsible "AI Insights" section. It shows similar tickets, an effort estimate and suggests a suitable category — helping you triage and resolve requests faster.

Creating Tickets via the AI Assistant

We taught the AI assistant a new skill — it can create a ticket right from a conversation. Just tell it what needs to be done and the assistant creates a ticket with a title, description, priority and due date, and assigns it to the chosen colleagues. The assigned people get a notification right away.

Chat Replies and Read Receipts

We extended chat with two favorite features from everyday messaging apps:

  • Reply to a message — reply directly to a specific message, which appears as a quote. Click the quote to jump to the original message.
  • Seen by — see who has already read a message, including reader avatars.

Colored Flags on Jobs

You can now mark jobs with colored flags. Flags are managed by an administrator and you can filter by them and set them right in the job form.

KPIs for Multiple Users and All Companies

A KPI definition can now be assigned to multiple users at once and optionally evaluated across all companies. Metrics are summed correctly across all assigned people.

Improvements

Faster Jobs List

The jobs list now loads in pages and filters on the server side — significantly faster even with a large number of jobs. We added an owner column, an "unrealized" badge and sorting by various criteria.

Smoother Ticket Board

The Kanban ticket board got smoother loading — a skeleton while loading, a "load more" button and a done-count per column.

Data Access in the Financial Report

Building on April's departments, you can now set which data a user sees in the financial report (by company and department). We also added a bulk action to change the department on multiple items at once.

Filters by Creation Date and Author

In the clients list and in employee groups you can now sort and filter by creation date and by who created the record.

Employee Group Categories

Employee groups can be split into categories and filtered by them.

Modernized Notifications and Accessibility

We replaced system pop-up windows across the application with clear toast notifications and refined keyboard control in chat windows.

Bug Fixes

  • Fixed the worked-hours count
  • Financial report — errors when saving costs and profits now display correctly, fixed sums and payment records, and detail access for users with departments
  • Notifications are no longer sent to deactivated and deleted users
  • Fixed certificate downloads when files are missing
  • The Home link in navigation now points to the homepage
  • Correct display of initials with accented characters
  • Fixed conversation switching and scroll stability in chat
  • Sorting client statuses by name
  • Many other smaller fixes
